Leading Strategic Change Webinar
IAPS Head, Sian Bradshaw (Bute House, District 1S), is chairing a webinar later this week aimed at Heads and their Chairs considering a major strategic change. A panel of experts with deep experience in this area (assembled by Duncan Murphy, a former IAPS Head and now MTM advisor) will be questioned by Sian on how to successfully make these type of changes.
This webinar is particularly pertinent for schools who know that change is needed but who may be struggling with how to approach this, and could provide helpful momentum to members of the governing body who need to be involved.
IAPS has worked with Duncan Murphy to help him shape an affordable and focused strategic change service offering for member schools, details of which will be announced at the end of the webinar.
