This course is designed to help schools understand the Education Quality Compliance Inspection process and how they can best prepare themselves, their staff and governors for such an inspection. This session will provide additional insight for schools and to explain how the new arrangements will differ from the previous ISI integrated inspections. This course will also explore how the separate reporting of compliance enables inspectors to focus more on vivid reporting of a school’s individual characteristics and quality. Participants will learn how they can sell their setting and show the inspectors what they want to see. They will understand what kind of things the inspectors will be writing down for example positive aspects and, delegates will be invited to submit questions in advance to make full use of the Q&A session at the end of the seminar.
