Managing poor performance and using probationary periods
This talk is only for those that have been elected to IAPS senior leader membership.
We will explore both the informal ways to deal with poor performance, as well as more formal processes required under a capability procedure. We will look at case studies.
We will also look at the concept of probationary periods, their status and how to best maximise their use.
