IAPS iLearning is a set of 90+ staff development courses for education professionals, designed for on-demand, convenient training. Available offline via the IAPS iLearning mobile app or online via the web portal, this is a cost-effective way of ensuring everyone from trainee teachers to school leaders can access expert training all year long.
IAPS iLearning gives you and your staff access to a digital library of training and development courses which can be used offline or online on mobiles, tablets and computers. The courses, created by experts, offer over 150 hours of statutory, induction and role-specific training for everyone from NQTs to heads, cleaners to bursars.

In response to the ongoing pressures on schools to deliver Professional Development during the pandemic, we have agreed a shorter term contract rate to offer iLearning, as a one-time offer to member schools. The offer runs from January through to the end of the academic year.

IAPS iLearning is available to IAPS member schools and their staff or can be bought as a site licence. Each individual licence includes:
- Access to any of the CPD courses in the library for a year
- Access on phones, tablets and computers
- Free set-up
- Technical and admin support
- Data tracking and reporting of each user's progress
