IAPS will not stage any football qualifiers before October half term. If we can go ahead after half term in line with DfE and NGB guidance, we can secure all venues to stage the qualifiers and meet all coronavirus regulations, we are aiming for the qualifiers to take place in the following weeks:
U13 qualifiers between Monday 2nd & Sunday 8th November.
U11 qualifiers between Monday 9th & Sunday 15th November.
There is an U11 competition and an U13 competition.
All tournaments are 7-a-side.
Squads of 10 players maximum.
All draws are created by IAPS after the closing date
Schools must provide a referee for the qualifying tournaments.
You will not be required to referee your own team, unless otherwise advised.
Neutral referees will be provided for the finals.
Schools must enter a regional qualifier in order to qualify for the finals.
The top teams in each qualifier will be invited to the finals.

Competitor detailsOnce you have booked, you will be asked to provide some details about your competitors before the event. In line with GDPR, only essential information is collected in order to be able to organise the sports event.

Cost of entry: £60.00 per team
All competitors must attend an IAPS School.
Competitors ages must be taken from 1st September 2020.
Competitors may only enter one age group per competition.
Only a member of school staff, with a school email address, can book onto IAPS sports events online.
Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis.
Schools must read and accept the Terms and Conditions before booking for an event.
IAPS' Safeguarding Policy and Procedures sets out our approach to safeguarding and child protection at all events.
IAPS is committed to protecting your personal data. Data will be processed for the purposes of responding to requests to enter and participate in IAPS sport events. The Association has a legitimate interest for processing basic and sensitive personal data and will only process and keep the minimum required data to organise and run events safely. IAPS will only share your data with third parties where necessary to do so to compete in an IAPS sporting event and to meet National Governing Bodies regulations. All IAPS football tournaments are conducted under the FA rules and regulations, including their ruling on gender splits within tournaments.
Girls can play in this competition, there is no limit to the number of girls who can play in the team.This is in accordance with the NGB's rules and regulations.
If you wish to play a boy in the girls' football tournament, please contact the IAPS Sport Team in advance of the event.
