Age Groups
This competition is open to U10, U11, U12 and U13 competitors.
This competition is for both individual or team entries.
A team is made up of 3 players per age group
Schools can enter only 1 team per age group.
Ability
Competitors must be competent golfers and not total beginners.
The event is not handicapped but we ask you to provide children's handicaps (if they have one) on the booking form to make scheduling the tee times easier.
Practice round
Competitors can play a practice round the day before the competition or anytime in the lead up to the competition.

Competition day
The competition will take place on the Avening Course.
A modified stableford scoring system will be used.
Markers
Schools must provide one marker per team.
If schools are invited to enter more than one team, an additional marker will need to be provided by the school.
If schools are unable to provide a marker for their team, they risk being withdrawn from the competition.
Other facilities available
When competitors are not taking part in the competition, they can use the chipping green, driving range and golf nets at the club.
Accommodation
There is no accommodation available on site.
Competitor details
Once you have booked, you will be asked to provide some details about your competitors before the event. In line with GDPR, only essential information is collected in order to be able to organise the sports event.

Cost of entry: £50.00 per competitor
All competitors must attend an IAPS School.
Competitors ages must be taken from 1st September 2020.
Competitors may only enter one age group per competition.
Only a member of school staff, with a school email address, can book onto IAPS sports events online.
Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis.
Schools must read and accept the Terms and Conditions before booking for an event.
IAPS' Safeguarding Policy and Procedures sets out our approach to safeguarding and child protection at all events.
IAPS is committed to protecting your personal data. Data will be processed for the purposes of responding to requests to enter and participate in IAPS sport events. The Association has a legitimate interest for processing basic and sensitive personal data and will only process and keep the minimum required data to organise and run events safely. IAPS will only share your data with third parties where necessary to do so to compete in an IAPS sporting event and to meet National Governing Bodies regulations. The championships are conducted under the England Golf rules and regulations.
