Coaching for IAPS Heads

IAPS has a team of coaches made up of current experienced IAPS Heads, who have received and qualified in high level training specifically for this role. As part of the Association’s induction programme, each newly appointed Head at an IAPS school is assigned a coach from this team. We try, where possible, to match the coach to the Head they will support in a reasonable geographic location.

The coaching scheme has been set up specifically for the personal and professional benefit of the Head. The role of the coach is to welcome the new Head into the fellowship of IAPS, highlight the benefits of membership and to provide support and guidance in the strictest confidence.

IAPS new members overseas can also benefit from coaching via email and video conferencing.
