Vacancy: Professional Development Events Administrator

Join our Professional Development team for hands-on events experience

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an Events Administrator to join our Professional Development team. This is an ideal role for someone with limited office experience looking to gain hands-on experience in events, administration, and stakeholder engagement. 

The role will include the co-ordination and administration of the full programme of professional development courses and events, setting up and managing events online, monitoring bookings and maintaining accurate delegate records, preparation and distribution of event communications and materials, and liaison with speakers and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of events. 

There will be opportunities to support online events and to attend in-person courses across the UK, and to work closely with the Marketing and Communications and Finance teams, as well maintaining CRM data and producing reports.
