Digital Innovation: Building a culture of innovation
‘Building a Culture of Innovation – Practical Strategies and Tools for School Leaders’ is a course designed for school leaders, Directors of Studies, and Heads of Digital Learning who are keen to embed a culture of innovation in their schools. Through a mix of keynotes, interactive talks, panel discussions, and hands-on workshops, participants will explore strategies for creating a culture of innovation, integrating digital tools including AI and developing staff confidence to promote pupil agency and change teaching practices.
Participants will hear from experts in the field, gain insights into practical applications of AI and assistive technologies and learn how to align digital strategies with long-term educational goals. The event includes a walk-and-talk tour showcasing innovation in action at Caterham Prep, providing real-world examples of digital transformation.
Practical and networking session will encourage participants to collaborate with peers, share insights and leave with actionable plans tailored to their school’s needs.
