Geography: Thinking Geographically
This course will guide you in how to develop a programme of study that promotes 'geographic thinking' amongst your students. Focusing on the intrinsic heart of the subject 'the science of location', Simon Lewis (IAPS Geography Adviser) and other leading speakers will demonstrate how geographic thinking can assist in problem solving and decision making in the real world and offer advantages in life for all your students. The course aims to change a view of Geography as merely an academic discipline to a realisation that 'thinking geographically' is the new 'superpower' to enhance your students' lives far beyond the classroom!
