Middle Managers and Aspiring Middle Managers
Middle managers are in a unique position in schools. They have the benefit of leading as well as being led. This course aims to support those who are currently in a middle management role whilst also providing an insight into the role for those aspiring to take on one of those roles.
Attendees will gain insight into leadership styles and behaviours that can influence change and support continuous improvement. This course aims to focus on personal styles and skills that can be used to influence and support others in your team. With an undertone of outstanding teaching and learning, this course supports leaders to impact on pedagogy, professional dialogue and enable collaboration through their own personal strengths. Delegates will develop an understanding of their own preferred style of leadership and strategies that influence and motivate their team.
