Pre-prep and Early Years Conference
The annual IAPS Pre-Prep and Early Years Conference provides a stimulating CPD opportunity for Pre-Prep and Early Years leaders around the country. Pre-prep and Early Years colleagues enjoy meeting and sharing best practice over a concentrated two-day schedule.
This year the Pre-Prep and Early Years Conference will be focusing on the human side of education. With the world changing at an unprecedented pace, instead of focusing on those aspects of education that are changing (and that we must of course keep up with!) our conference theme has found inspiration from the most important, most human, and ultimately irreplicable compassionate side of education; pastoral care, emotional regulation, building resilience, supporting mental health, building connections, inclusion, equity, and of course, fun. We hope for our colleagues to go away feeling not only empowered and inspired but also with a sense of affirmation for the incredible role that they take in shaping the young, compassionate minds of tomorrow.
The themes will be presented in a range of talks and seminars, providing delegates with the choice to tailor the programme to their needs and interests. Accommodation for the Thursday night is included as well as all meals and after-dinner entertainment at the end of the first day. This is a great chance to develop knowledge, gain practical insights to take back to your setting and to network with other Pre-Prep and Early Years practitioners.
