IAPS is committed to ensuring that every member of our community works in an environment free from discrimination.

To best serve the needs of every child in every member school, it is vital that staff mirror their diversity. To support our members on this journey, we have established affinity groups for women, BAME, and LGBTQIA+ staff, providing safe spaces for individuals to connect, share their experiences, and offer each other support. They also help us better understand the challenges faced by these groups and how we can best support them.
