Supporting Heads' PAs: A masterclass in productivity

A workshop for school administrative staff. This workshop focuses on improving productivity whilst developing resilience, maintaining boundaries and setting goals. A happy and productive office team is fundamental to a school's ability to operate successfully. During this interactive workshop, you will have an opportunity to share best practice with other school administrative staff. We'll develop your awareness of different communication styles, examine how to maintain boundaries, develop resilience and set goals. You will hear from a current IAPS Head as they examine the importance of a good PA/Head relationship, and will consider how to approach challenging conversations.
