IAPS is committed to offering excellent professional development, designed to cover the most important and current issues facing independent prep schools, and we continue to broaden our services to members by offering new initiatives including the ILM Level 7 Coaching Qualification and the GC Index (self-appraisal/reflection programme for more experienced Heads) . We are looking forward to developing our Director of Studies/Deputy Heads conference (June 2021) to incorporate seminar sessions alongside keynote speakers, whilst also inviting interested parties to exhibit during the day.
Given the current Covid pandemic, IAPS is offering mainly online courses for this term. We have planned a full calendar of face to face courses from April 2021 which will be reviewed as the spring term progresses. During the autumn term, we are delighted to announce a partnership with Dragonfly Training, to bring members over 50 online high-class courses, alongside IAPS online courses.
In addition, the IAPS iLearning package has been substantially updated. This digital online training product is outstanding value and many schools are finding the unique tools for managing and planning individual/school professional development an excellent way to integrate personal/group training to assist with achieving departmental/school development plans and targets.
We aim to provide and deliver the best value and quality at all our events and are particularly grateful to the IAPS Subject Advisers for their expertise and contribution to the CPD programme. We continue to receive excellent feedback from delegates on our courses as a whole and these comments are always welcome and valuable to help us reflect, plan and prepare future courses. We hope that you find this year's programme of events beneficial and relevant.
The calendar of courses and conferences 2020-21 is now available to view and book online and if you have any queries, our IAPS courses and conferences team are always here to help - please get in touch via [email protected].
