Aspiring Headship
This course is for Senior Leaders who are actively seeking Headship. Attendees will analyse and explore whether they have, or can develop, the personal and professional skills necessary for the position of Head. Presentations and practical workshops will offer insight into the many challenges and opportunities that are faced in today’s schools, to help attendees gain more clarity on the joys and demands of Headship. Following this course, attendees will have additional touch points online and a short project to support them on their journey to Headship.
