How to book
Bookings will open on Tuesday, 19 September 2023 at 09:00.
Bookings will close on Thursday, 16 November 2022 at 23:55.
A "Book Now" button will appear on the left. You will select the qualifier that you wish to attend.
If the event you want to attend is full, see if there is another venue which works for you.
If not you can join the waiting list by completing the form below outlining your top 3 preferences for venues to attend. If you do not have a preference please select the maximum time you would be willing to travel to an event.
After the event has closed, IAPS will make the draw and share with the organiser.
The draw will be sent to schools approximately 1 month before the event.
The programme and event day information will be sent to schools approximately 1 week before the event.
Pupils can only participate in one age group throughout the competition.

The below document shows the number of qualifiers from each event
You will be asked on the booking form to provide your competitor initials and dates of birth. If you don't know these at the time of booking, you can complete at a later date through your online account. They must be completed before you attend the qualifier.
