Practical ways Teaching Assistants can ensure effective provision for more able learners with NACE
The course will cover the research into more able learners but will focus primarily on practical ways of working with them.
The course will develop an:
- Understanding of why it is important to meet the needs of more able learners
- Understanding of identification, how it informs planning and how you can work effectively with your teacher(s) to ensure effective provision
- Understanding of how to support and meet the needs of more able learners with practical examples
- Understanding of the range of question types that develop more able learners
- Understanding of how to develop independence with more able learners
