Para swimming
We are excited to announce a new para event in our swimming programme. Further details around how to book and self-categorise are included in the information below.
How to book
Bookings whave now closed for this event.
Please note: Entries for the swimming qualifiers usually fill up very quickly and can often sell out in a short space of time. The majority of qualifying galas will be full before the closing date.
A "Book Now" button will appear on the left. You will select the gala that you wish to attend.
If the gala you want to attend is full, see if there is another venue which works for you.
If not you can join the waiting list by completing the form below outlining your top 3 preferences for venues to attend. If you do not have a preference please select the maximum time you would be willing to travel to an event.
Eligibility
Schools can only enter swimmers in one qualifying gala.
To enter a swimmer in the para event, you will need to self-categorise the swimmer(s) using this link.
Cost
£25 per team. Each age group and gender equal one team, e.g. if you are entering 1 x U10 boys team and 1 x U10 girls team this will be £50 in total.
£7 per para swimmer - do not include these in the age group teams.
Competitor details
IAPS is pleased to announce that all schools entered into the swimming qualifiers will be using the new Swim Manager website to submit competitor details. There is no requirement to download and install additional software to use Swim Manager. Instructions will be on our website after bookings close.
Schools who do not submit competitor details using Team Manager may be asked to withdraw from the event.
