About us

Set in over 45 acres of beautiful grounds on the outskirts of Cobham, and just a few minutes from the A3, the school provides a stimulating environment in which boys can learn, grow and develop.

We focus on providing an education that allows the boys to make the most of their abilities, interests and talents so that they will progress to senior schools as confident and independent individuals, with a joy of learning. We seek to develop children academically, socially and physically, while drawing out their capacity for compassion, generosity and understanding. This is largely achieved by staff and senior pupils modelling these qualities themselves to the younger ones.

At Parkside we believe that children learn best when they are happy, active and challenged; so we keep them active and we challenge them! We are uniquely geared to being able to accept children at a variety of ages and deliver them effectively to a range of senior schools, confident and well-prepared for their future. You only need to visit for a short time to see the enthusiasm of the children in lessons and around the school. The only way to really appreciate the kind of school we are is to come and see us for yourself – we would be happy to meet you.

Parkside School launches brand new STEM Room

Parkside officially opened the doors of their brand new STEM-IT room with boys, staff and parents! A fantastic facility for our boys to explore and learn new skills, try out new tools and expand their learning! The facility allows for the subjects of Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths and IT to work collaboratively in innovative ways. The zone is an inspiring, forward-thinking environment that can be utilised by all Parkside boys and staff. With donations from the parent committee and 'Old Boys Association' we have been able to install cutting edge laptops, 3D printers and vinyl sticker machines.

During a formal event a selection of boys launched the room in conjunction with parents, governors and staff and officially cut the ribbon. This will be a fantastic space for our pupils to be exposed to the new world of Technology.
