[email protected] has a team of over fifty consultants, ready to help member schools with their enquiries. All our consultants have agreed to work for IAPS members at a very competitive rate indeed, almost always (considerably) below their freelance or company rates.

Around a third are former IAPS heads who can deal with many of the mainstream requests to help with appraisal, mentoring and curriculum review. Some of our specialists have great experience in the world of recruitment for Heads, Bursars and Senior Leaders. We are delighted that Odgers-Berndtson has also joined us to give specialist advice when requested.

Some of our consultants have financial backgrounds to deal with such things as pay reviews, benchmarking or even mergers and acquisitions. We are delighted to be working alongside ISBA to provide these services. Educational consultants who are working with us can give advice in wide range of specialist areas including:

  • Coaching
  • Communications
  • Independent financial planning for heads and senior leaders
  • Marketing
  • Mediation
  • Music
  • Research
  • School sports development
