AI in Education: Empowering primary and prep educators to move from AI curious to AI capable

11 June 2026 9.30am – 4.30pm Conference Bedford Preparatory School, MK40 2TU

Bedford Prep School and IAPS warmly invite educators of children up to the age of 13 to join us for a forward‑thinking professional learning conference exploring how artificial intelligence can meaningfully reduce teacher workload and enhance classroom practice. Learn how to introduce AI concepts to prep‑age pupils in age‑appropriate ways, and guide thoughtful discussion around the ethics, limitations and opportunities of emerging technologies. This energising event brings together teachers, leaders and innovators committed to shaping the future of education, and we would be delighted to have you with us. Lunch will be included.

To book please visit the Bedford Prep School website here.

Sharing Session

After lunch, there will be a one‑hour session for schools to showcase their work with AI, featuring short five‑minute presentations responding to the question:

“What’s one thing that worked, and one thing you would do differently (or where it failed)?”

If you would like to present during this session, please email Emma Hargreaves (PA to the Prep Headmaster) at [email protected]. Schools that present during the sharing session will receive a 50% discount.
