About us
|
St Faith’s was founded to educate the children of the fellows of Cambridge University and subsequently formed a joint foundation with The Leys, an established Methodist school. The school thus enjoys a unique, dual heritage resulting in an education characterised by excellence and innovation, and underpinned by Christian values. St Faith’s enjoys an outstanding academic reputation combined with excellent pastoral care. We are proud of the achievements of Old Fidelians across a wide spectrum; the Old Fidelian section of our website will give you a glimpse of the history of the school and the extraordinary accomplishments of Old Fidelians. We have a long and distinguished history but crucially, the school has never stood still. St Faith’s is a forward-thinking community, continually evolving to meet the needs of the modern world. Over the years, this innovative approach has enabled the school to develop a dynamic curriculum and state-of-the-art facilities which provide an outstanding all-round education for the children. We believe that each child is uniquely gifted. We promote curiosity, compassion, high expectations, individual and team excellence, respect for others, personal initiative and resilience. Typically, St Faith’s children are confident and articulate without being arrogant. They are rounded individuals who relate well to others and show an intellectual curiosity and flexibility of mind well suited to the demands of our fast-changing society. Fidelians of today can, and indeed do, become the leaders of tomorrow To view the school's videos, click here. |
