As part of your membership, you automatically become part of a network of Heads located in the same geographical area as your own school, offering peer support, professional development and social events.

Above all, Districts offer an opportunity for you to share experience and seek advice and guidance on specific issues of relevance to you. You can read more about how our Districts are arranged, explore best practices and learn more about the committee roles in each district by visiting IAPS Districts (log in required).

District meetings are held once a term and provide a two-way flow of information direct to and from the Members Advisory Board, where issues raised, discussion points and requests for specific support are reported.

Your District has its own Committee, which is responsible for organising meetings and helping to ensure that all members feel welcomed, connected, and supported.

If you have any questions about your District, or if you are not yet connected to your local network, please contact our Project Team Lead Emma Farman.
