We recognise that many schools do not have access to their own professional HR support so we have engaged The HR Consultancy, a specialist professional HR company, to provide a service to all member schools, funded through subscriptions.
Your school is therefore entitled to up to eight hours of support in any academic yearâ¯as part of your membership.
Assistance can be obtained on any school HR matter, including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working requests and managing ill health. There is also support available drafting or reviewing letters and planning and advising on processes, as well as general advice on dealing with issues or HR processes.
Should you require support beyond the eight hours included in your membership, this can be arranged directly with the HR Consultancy at a reduced rate, payable by your school.
