IAPS has a dedicated team of coaches made up of current, experienced IAPS Heads who have undertaken high-level training specifically for this role. As part of the Association’s induction programme, every IAPS Member Head can be assigned a coach from this team.
The coaching programme is designed to support the personal and professional development of Heads. Coaches play a key role in welcoming new Heads into the IAPS community, helping them understand the full benefits of membership, and offering guidance and support in the strictest confidence.
New IAPS Members based overseas can also access coaching support via email and video conferencing.
