Senior Leader Associate Membership is designed to provide more targeted support for the Senior Leaders working within IAPS member schools. It is open to anyone in a school's Senior Leadership Team, is free for at least the first two years and the cost will be kept nominal after that.
The development followed feedback from Heads and the wider membership and reflects IAPS’ commitment to supporting the next generation of exceptional school leaders.The only proviso is that you as Head must be in current membership and be willing to endorse their Senior Leaders' applications.
The initiative aims to strengthen the IAPS community and ensure that talented Senior Leaders in member schools receive support to be both effective in their current roles and to pursue Headship, should that be their goal.
Senior Leader Associate Members gain access to tailored networking opportunities, coaching and professional development and a fortnightly prep-focused news update, all designed to help them thrive in their roles.
