EYFS: Compliance and Statutory Regulatory Requirements

This course is for Heads, Senior Leaders and all Early Years staff and focuses on the requirements of the 2026 Statutory Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.

It includes a detailed exploration of the Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements, alongside a focus on the Learning and Development and Assessment Requirements and considers their impact in both exempt and non-exempt schools.

Led by Katie Paynter, IAPS EYFS Specialist, this webinar will provide a clear and comprehensive understanding of this increasingly growing phase in independent schools. It will equip leaders with the insight needed to navigate some of the most challenging and demanding regulatory requirements schools currently face.
