Competition formats

2 Piece Championships - Novice Girls / Boys

Any 5 gymnasts from the team compete on each of the following 2 disciplines:

• Set Floor
• Voluntary Vault

4 Piece Championships - Advanced Girls

Any 5 gymnasts from the team compete on each of the 4 disciplines:

• Set Vault
• Voluntary Vault
• Set Floor
• Voluntary Floor (to music)

Group Sequence - Girls (Optional Stand‑Alone Event)

4 team members compete a synchronised sequence to music lasting 90 seconds
