Bookings open
For events in the Autumn term, bookings will open during the Summer term preceding it.
For events in the Spring term, bookings will open during the Autumn term.
For events in the Summer term, bookings will open during the Spring term.

This is a one day competition with boys and girls in separate events on the same day.

Eligibility & entry conditions
Pupils can only take part in one age group throughout the whole competition.
Entries must first be made via the IAPS website.
Each school may enter as many players as they like.
Competitor details will be submitted through judo technologies.
British Judo membership 2024
For the 2024 competition onwards, all participants will be expected to hold a minimum of a BJA Pathway membership. This early notice for 2024 means that those without BJA membership already, can organise their new BJA membership in line with the next academic year (Sept 2023) optimising the charge across three terms (£10/year- equivalent to £3.33 per term).

Data sharing for 2023
IAPS will share the entrants list for the 2023 competition with the British Judo Association. Any participant without a minimum of BJA Pathway membership will be created a temporary membership for the event at no extra cost.
IAPS will use the event entries platform Judo technologies to collate competitor entries and to effectively running the competition. The websites Data Protection Declaration can be found here.
All schools and competitors who enter the event agrees to IAPS sharing and using information in this way. Please refer to IAPS's privacy notice for more information.
