Leadership Training Day

10 June 2026 9am – 4.30pm Leadership Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury, WC1N 1HT

Join fellow leaders for a day of connection, reflection and purposeful leadership training in central London. Designed to energise and support those in leadership roles, the day balances high‑quality professional learning with time to share thinking and practice with peers from across the network.

The morning will feature a half‑day of leadership training and workshops led by Peter Seehusen, Founder of Lead Well. Peter has extensive experience working with leadership teams across the independent sector, including the Thomas’s group of schools, and brings a thoughtful, practical approach to building strong, values‑led leadership cultures. This work will be followed up with an online continuation session from Peter, ensuring momentum and reflection beyond the day itself.

We will also be joined by Rachel Hadley‑Leonard, who will lead a highly practical session exploring how schools can better understand and connect with Millennial and Gen X parents. Rachel will share strategies to strengthen relationships from admissions through to pupils being fully embedded in school life.

The afternoon will include round‑table discussions on topical issues, offering space to learn from and connect with others working in similar roles.

This day is part of a wider programme of senior leadership development, leading towards a larger, permanent annual conference in October - a more considered point in the school calendar, away from the pressures of exams, speech days and sports days.

Senior Leader Associate Members receive 10% off the ticket price so if you have not yet signed up then find out more information here Senior Leader Associate Membership.
