About us

Aldenham Prep School is a co-educational day school for children aged 3 to 11, set within the beautiful Aldenham campus in Hertfordshire. Part of the Aldenham Foundation, the school provides a warm, inclusive environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning. 

Small class sizes and strong pastoral care ensure that every child is known and valued as an individual. Guided by the school values of Respect, Determination and Aspiration, pupils are supported to achieve their personal best both academically and personally. 

The broad curriculum is enriched by a wide range of co-curricular opportunities, including sport, music, drama and Forest School. Excellent facilities and specialist teaching help pupils discover new interests, develop their talents and grow in confidence. 

As part of the Aldenham Foundation, children benefit from a seamless educational journey through to Aldenham School, providing continuity from age 3 to 18.
